Rishikesh, located on the banks of the holy Ganga River, serves as the traditional starting point of the Chardham Yatra. Lastly, the pilgrimage concludes at Badrinath, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Located at 3,133 meters, it is the most accessible among the four dhams. The Badrinath Temple, situated between the Nar and Narayan mountain ranges, is known for its colorful facade and spiritual significance. Pilgrims also take a dip in the Tapt Kund, a hot spring with healing properties.
